Athletic Edge can support athletic departments to effectively utilize the Athletic Edge technology to monitor student-athlete eligibility and prevent dropouts.
Step 1: Provide SIS Number 0:11
- Contact your business relationship manager.
- Provide the student's SIS (Student Information System) number to them.
- Ensure the SIS number is accurate to avoid any system issues.
Step 2: Enter SIS Number into the System 0:11
- Your business relationship manager will enter the SIS number into the Athletic Edge system.
- Confirm that the entry has been completed successfully.
Step 3: Monitor Student-Athlete Eligibility 0:26
- Utilize the Dropout Detective/Grade Guardian solution to track student-athlete eligibility.
- Regularly check the system for updates on the status of student-athletes.
Step 4: Create Unique Dashboards 0:26
- Access the dashboard feature of the Athletic Edge technology.
- Customize dashboards to focus on specific athletic programs (e.g., football, lacrosse, baseball).
- Use these dashboards to analyze data relevant to each team.

- Always double-check the SIS number for accuracy before submission.
