Accessing the Dashboard 0:10
- Access Dropout Detective or Grade Guardian from your course or as an administrator.
- Locate your dashboard.
Selecting the Filter Students Option 0:27
- Choose the appropriate dashboard or student list.
- Click on the 'Filter Students' option next to the dashboard drop-down.
Understanding Default Filters 0:37
- Familiarize yourself with the four default filters:
- Students on alert
- High risk (red)
- Medium risk (yellow)
- Low risk (green)
- Familiarize yourself with any available filters your school has created.
- Select any filter to apply it to your dashboard student list.
- Tips for Efficiency
- Apply filters, then download a Student Statistics CSV to get data only for the students who meet your criteria.
- Use filters to narrow your list, then select all to send a targeted bulk message to students in just a few clicks.
